I was given a steel bender and thought to try out a new project for the gallery. I created this face profile out of DOM-Drawn Over Mandrel steel tubing. The steel has a powder coat finish and later in the concrete shop I made a weighty concrete base to keep it from being tipped over easily. I still want to make this piece again and perhaps make it a lamp but have to figure out the wiring since I don’t want to see the cord. Let’s figure it out together and have me make another-wink wink! This one sold to House of Honey an interior designer in LA.
